Marketplace Rules and Disclaimer

The LM Welder Control Marketplace is a user-generated listing platform that allows individuals to post and browse welding machines and related equipment for sale. LM Welder Repair (“LMWR”) does not own, inspect, verify, endorse, or guarantee any listings, sellers, buyers, communications, pricing, machine condition, accuracy, authenticity, or the legitimacy of any transactions conducted through the Marketplace.

All listings display only approximate location information such as city, state, and estimated distance (“~XX miles away”). Exact addresses, precise coordinates, or the seller’s physical location are intentionally hidden for safety and privacy. All meeting locations, pickup arrangements, payment details, or exchanges are coordinated privately between buyer and seller. LMWR has no involvement and accepts no liability for any agreements, meetups, payments, damages, losses, fraud, misconduct, injuries, stolen items, mechanical issues, or failed transactions arising from Marketplace use.

Buyers and sellers acknowledge that they use the Marketplace at their own risk and accept full responsibility for verifying machine condition, ownership, legality of sale, pricing, and safety when meeting any individual. LMWR strongly recommends using safe public meeting places, verifying identity, and exercising appropriate caution when conducting transactions.

All listings, images, photos, descriptions, and other content submitted by users must be original and must not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or proprietary rights. Users are solely responsible for the materials they upload. LMWR may remove any listing that violates these rules, including but not limited to: misleading listings, non-welding items, offensive content, dangerous content, fraudulent activity, or any breach of Marketplace policy.

LMWR reserves the right to suspend, block, or permanently remove any account that violates Marketplace rules, including posting prohibited content, engaging in fraud, attempting to mislead buyers, or abusing the platform.

By using the Marketplace, you agree that LM Welder Repair is not responsible for any outcomes of buyer/seller interactions, and you agree to hold LMWR harmless from any claims, disputes, damages, injuries, losses, or liabilities that arise from your use of the Marketplace.

1. Safety & Privacy

• Exact seller addresses will never be shown.

• All meetups are arranged privately and at the user’s own risk.
  
  

• Recommend meeting in public, well-lit, safe locations.
  
  

2. Distance Sorting

• App sorts listings based on the buyer’s location.
  
  

• Location access is used only for distance-sorting.
  
  

3. Liability Protection

• LM Welder Repair is not responsible for:

  • private meetups
    
    

  • lost funds

4. Transaction Independence

All transactions are strictly between users.

5. Copyright & Content Rules

• All posted images/descriptions must be original.
  
  

• No stolen images, copyrighted manuals, or logos from other manufacturers.
  
  

• Violations result in listing removal and potential account suspension.
  
  

6. Prohibited Items

State clearly:

• Only welding machines and related heavy equipment may be listed.
  
  

• No unrelated items.
  
  

• No pornography, violence, offensive materials.
  
  

• No fake or fraudulent posts.
  
  

7. Platform Rights

LM Welder Repair has the right to:

• remove any listing for any reason
  
  

• suspend or ban users
  
  

• moderate content automatically or manually
  
  

8. User Responsibility

Users must verify:
