Community Standards & Prohibited Content Policy

The LM Welder Control Marketplace and app community is designed to connect welders, equipment owners, and repair professionals safely and respectfully. To keep the platform trustworthy and secure, all users must follow the rules outlined below.

Failure to comply may result in listing removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

1. Community Expectations

All users must:

• Treat others with respect
  
  

• Provide accurate and honest listing information
  
  

• Communicate professionally
  
  

• Only post welding-related or equipment-related items
  
  

• Use safe meet-up practices
  
  

• Follow all app policies, marketplace rules, and legal requirements
  
  

2. Allowed Content

The following items are allowed:

• Welding machines (SA-200, SA-250, Classic, Trailblazer, Big Blue, etc.)
  
  

• Engine-driven welders
  
  

• Welding-related heavy equipment
  
  

• Wire feeders, remote boxes, and machine accessories
  
  

• Industrial tools directly tied to welding operations
  
  

• Photos you personally took of the actual item being sold
  
  

3. Strictly Prohibited Content

The following may NOT be posted on the app, marketplace, or community features:

A. Non-welding items

• Cars, motorcycles, electronics, home items, clothing, etc.
  
  

• ANYTHING unrelated to welding or welding machines
  
  

B. Pornographic, explicit, or sexual content

• Images, messages, or text of any sexual nature
  
  

• Any form of nudity
  
  

C. Offensive, hateful, or abusive content

• Threats or harassment
  
  

• Hate speech or discrimination
  
  

• Profanity directed at other users
  
  

D. Dangerous, fraudulent, or illegal goods

• Stolen items
  
  

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives
  
  

• Drugs or controlled substances
  
  

• Counterfeit or misrepresented equipment
  
  

E. Copyright-violating content

• Photos taken from Google, Facebook, or manufacturer websites
  
  

• Logos or manuals that users do not own
  
  

• Stolen images from other listings
  
  

F. Spam & misleading listings

• “Testing” listings
  
  

• Fake prices
  
  

• Fake or duplicate accounts
  
  

• Attempts to drive traffic to outside websites
  
  

4. Listing Accuracy Requirements

Each listing must:

• Show the actual machine being sold
  
  

• Use photos taken by the seller
  
  

• Provide truthful descriptions
  
  

• Accurately describe machine condition
  
  

• Not omit major issues intentionally
  
  

Misleading listings may result in account suspension.

5. Safety Requirements

Users must NEVER post:

• Home address
  
  

• Exact location
  
  

• Personal ID photos
  
  

• Sensitive personal information
  
  

Only city/state and approximate distance are shown publicly for safety.

Users must arrange meetups privately and safely.

6. Enforcement & Account Actions

LM Weld Control "LMWC"or LM Welder Repir "LMWR" reserves the right to:

• Remove any listing at any time
  
  

• Ban users for repeated violations
  
  

• Delete accounts posting dangerous or illegal items
  
  

• Report suspicious activity
  
  

• Lock out fraudulent accounts without warning
  
  

Decisions may be made automatically or manually.

7. How to Report Violations

Users may report listings or profiles that break these rules.
