End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of the LM Welder Control App and any associated firmware/hardware.

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the app and related hardware.

2. Prohibited Actions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer
  
  

• Decompile
  
  

• Copy code
  
  

• Redistribute the app
  
  

• Clone the hardware or firmware
  
  

• Use the system to operate equipment unsafely
  
  

3. Firmware & Hardware Risks

Welding equipment is inherently dangerous.
You acknowledge that:

• You assume full responsibility for all risks
  
  

• LMWC is not liable for injuries or damages
  
  

• You must use equipment according to manufacturer instructions
  
  

4. Data & Permissions

You agree the app may request:

• Microphone (for voice commands)
  
  

• Bluetooth & wireless communication
  
  

• Location (for nearby shops)
  
  

• Camera (optional for scanning machine profiles)
  
  

Permissions are used only for app functionality.

5. Updates

We may update:

• Firmware
  
  

• App features
  
  

• Hardware compatibility
  
  

You agree to install updates to maintain safe operation.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

LM Welder Repair is not responsible for:

• Physical injury
  
  

• Equipment damage
  
  

• Incorrect equipment settings
  
  

• Loss of data
  
  

• Marketplace transactions
  
  

• Machine failures
  
  

• Misuse of the control device
  
  

7. Termination

Violation of this agreement may result in termination of access.
