This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice applies to all software, firmware, hardware designs, website material, code, mobile applications, images, branding, and content associated with LM welder Control, "LMWC", LM Welder Repair (“LMWR”). By accessing or using any LMWR, LMWC products, the LM Welder Control app, the LM Weld Control remote hardware, or any related material, you agree to the terms in this notice.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, code, firmware, branding, graphics, logos, documentation, app design, website design, UI layouts, product manuals, and any other proprietary material are the exclusive property of LM Welder Repair unless otherwise noted.

This includes but is not limited to:

All rights are reserved under United States Copyright Law and applicable international protections.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, duplicate, or redistribute the app or code
  
  

• Reverse engineer any software, firmware, or hardware
  
  

• Replicate the LM Welder Control design or interface
  
  

• Extract or reuse any part of the codebase
  
  

• Use LM Welder repair, LM welder Control, LMWC images, logos, or branding without written permission
  
  

• Publish or repost app content without attribution
  
  

• Replicate the wireless control hardware or modules
  
  

• Sell or distribute modified versions of the app or firmware
  
  

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Protection of User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of any images or listing descriptions they upload to the marketplace only if they are the original creator.

Users may NOT upload:

• Images taken from other websites
  
  

• Photos containing logos or elements owned by manufacturers
  
  

• Copyrighted content they do not own
  
  

• Screenshots from third-party apps
  
  

• Manuals, diagrams, or pages from copyrighted books

5. Reporting Copyright Violations

If you believe content on the LM Welder Control app or marketplace infringes your rights, contact:

Continued violators may face permanent removal or legal action.
