This Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice applies to all software, firmware, hardware designs, website materials, code, mobile applications, branding, graphics, documentation, and any content associated with LM Welder Control (“LMWC”), LM Welder Repair (“LMWR”), and all related products and services.
By accessing or using any LMWR product, the LM Welder Control app, LMWC hardware, firmware, or associated systems, you agree to the terms described below.
All intellectual property within the LM Welder Control ecosystem is the exclusive property of LM Welder Repair, including but not limited to:
Software and firmware source code
Embedded code, wireless protocols (BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi), communication structures
Hardware designs, PCB layouts, schematics, remote-control hardware
Control algorithms, waveform logic, arc-control logic, and AI models
Mobile app UI/UX design, layout, structure, and workflows
Configuration files, pairing processes, and internal logic
Voice command structures and command dictionaries
LMWC-branded artwork, graphics, logos, product names, icons
Website content, documentation, manuals, and marketing materials
Product form factors, enclosure shapes, and interactive behavior
All proprietary technologies, inventions, and trade secrets
ALL RIGHTS RESERVED under U.S. and international law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
Copying, modifying, duplicating, or redistributing any LMWC software or firmware
Reverse engineering, decoding, disassembling, or analyzing internal logic
Attempting to extract algorithms, frameworks, wireless behavior, or UI patterns
Creating derivative works or modified versions of LMWC firmware or apps
Reproducing or imitating LMWC hardware, PCB designs, schematics, or enclosures
Using LMWC hardware layouts or circuits as the basis for new products
Developing devices designed to operate substantially the same way as LMWC hardware
Using or imitating LM logos, product names, icons, voice prompts, layouts, or designs
Reposting app content, screenshots, UI assets, or images without permission
To the maximum extent legally allowed, you may NOT:
Create, develop, manufacture, market, or distribute
Any software, firmware, mobile app, hardware device, wireless controller, or remote system
That is substantially similar, confusingly similar, functionally equivalent, or designed to replicate, imitate, or compete with the LM Welder Control ecosystem.
This restriction covers, but is not limited to:
Wireless welder control apps
Remote voltage/amperage control systems
BLE/LoRa-based welder remotes
Mobile-based waveform or arc-control systems
Welding machine telemetry and diagnostics apps
Voice-activated welding-control interfaces
Products designed to replace or mimic the LMWC control workflow
Any attempt to design or release a product that performs substantially the same unique functions, follows similar control architecture, or imitates the LMWC user experience or pairing logic is considered a violation.
You may NOT:
Use LMWC, its data, or its architecture to develop competing technologies
Analyze or monitor LMWC behavior for the purpose of cloning, reproducing, or competing
Build hardware or software intended to integrate with or replace LMWC without authorization
Violators are subject to legal action, damages, and permanent bans.
Users own their uploaded content only if they own the rights to that content.
You may NOT upload:
Images copied from other websites
Manufacturer-owned material
Copyrighted documents, books, schematics
Screenshots from third-party programs
Any media that you do not fully own or have permission to use
LMWR may remove, restrict, or report infringing content.
